SDZA type pump is a kind of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance type heavy load chemical centrifugal pump,and conforms to API610 standard.This product has absorbed the characteristics of lock-hopper circulation pump and chilling water pump, and been combined with material advantages of our company. Jiangsu Shuangda Pump&Valve Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu University Research Center of Fluid Machinery Engineering and Technology,Xi'an Aero-Engine (Group) Ltd.,Technology Research Institute and other units develop this pump by means of Tsinghua University PHCAD and Shanghai Fanfang PCAD pump hydraulic design auxiliary software. Blade is designed as hyperbolicity twisted blade with high efficiency and excellent cavitation performance, and blade number is generally 4~6 pieces;pump body with large diameter is designed as dual-flow channel and pump casing is spiral, which can well balance radial force and greatly extend service life of seal and bearing.Mechanical seal uses single end, internally mounted, multi-spring, balanced mechanical seal;main seal material is made of high strength and high wear resistant material;spring adopts imported Hastelloy C alloy;seal ring uses fluorine rubber and PTFE V-ring,design pressure is 12MPa and design temperature is 260ºC.API682 standard PLAN32 , seal cooling water pressure is 8.3~8.5MPa.

1.Several angular contact ball bearings are installed in the bearing box drive side; a cylindrical roller bearing is installed in the bearing box non-drive side.They can bear huge axial force and radial force.
2.A large oil tank is designed for the bearing box, thin oil lubrication and a larger water cooling chamber(cooling water through the calculation of the heat)reduce the bearing temperature to the temperature it can bear and greatly extend service life of bearing.
3.Mechanical seal is single face, internally mounted, multi-spring, balanced mechanical seal. And main sealing material adopts high strength, high wear resistant materials;spring uses imported Hastelloy C alloy;sealing ring is made of fluorine rubber and PTFE V-ring;design pressure is 12MPa, design temperature is 260ºC.
4.Blade is a hyperbolicity twisted blade with excellent efficiency and cavitation performance, the blade number is generally 4~6 pieces .
5.A replaceable wear-resistant lining board is arranged at the front and back of the pump cover and the suction inlet.
6.Pump body is central supporting, and pump casing etc. pressure parts are designed according to pressure 11MPa/15MPa.
