1. The YL vertical long shaft pump has the advantages of compact structure, stable operation, easy operation, small ground area, high degree of generalization and standardization. It is a mature product that has been developed by combining the design methods and advanced experience of long shaft pumps at home and abroad with actual application situations over the years.
2. This product is mainly used in places such as steel mills, power plants, wastewater treatment, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, industrial water supply and drainage, urban drinking water, fire protection, and water intake from rivers, lakes, and seas.
3. The pump material can be suitable for special working conditions such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. Performance Range: Flow rate 30-27000m3/h, head 13-150m, immersion length in the container up to 20m. Of course, we can also widen the range of flow and head according to the market demand. The pump speed is generally less than 1450r/min.
Structural Design Features
A. The YL series of long-shaft pumps is a vertical single-stage, multi-stage, guide vane structure pump. It is designed using excellent hydraulic models from both domestic and abroad, which results in high efficiency. The CAD computer-aided design system, Solidworks and other three-dimensional computer software, and advanced CFD fluid design software are used for analysis and design.
B. Due to the longer insertion length, the pump structure is formed by multiple axles combined and multiple pipes connected. The liquid sliding bearing uses a multi-point support structure.
C. The bearing housing component uses a dual bearing structure, namely, "thrust bearing + deep groove ball bearing" form, which separately bear the pump radial and axial thrust. The rotor component of the pump is guaranteed in both axial and radial directions, and its stable and reliable operation is ensured.

D. The pump bearing uses oil lubrication, and the external constant-position oil cup indicates to ensure that the oil level in the bearing housing is constant, thus ensuring that the thrust bearing can receive good lubrication effects. The upper deep groove ball bearing is lubricated when the shaft rotates, and the lubricating oil is dribbled upwards through the slanted oil holes on the shaft neck in the case of pump shaft rotation to lubricate the upper bearing.
E. There is a cooling chamber on the bearing housing, which can be cooled by external cooling water to avoid damage to the bearing due to high temperature. There is a "top screw hole" on the bearing housing for easy disassembly and maintenance of the bearing during subsequent repairs.
F. The pump universal parts are designed modularly. For example, the connecting rod parts, bearing parts, packing parts, etc. universal parts are classified and verified.
G. Reliable coupling design can withstand sufficient torque to ensure that multiple shaft combinations have good concentricity and run smoothly.
