Structure type and self-priming principle:
SZX type self-priping pump is horizontal, end suction, radial split, cantilever type centrifugal pump, pump structure design in line with API610-11th standard, of which SZX-A class belongs to API610-11th standard OH1, SZX-E class belongs to API610-11th standard OH2; The self-priming impeller (vacuum wheel) is set in the pump, and continuous suction and exhaust are achieved by changing the volume of the pump chamber, so as to achieve the purpose of self-priming. The self-priming pump with this structure has shorter self-priming time, higher self-priming height and higher efficiency than the self-priming pump with water separation through the return hole.

SZX series high efficiency second speed self-priming pump is a new high efficiency self-priming pump independently developed by our company, the implementation of the latest API 610 design standards, structure belongs to a single stage cantilever type centrifugal pump. Compared with under liquid pump and traditional self-priming pump, it has many advantages, such as high efficiency and energy saving, stable operation, easy maintenance, saving space and energy consumption cost. It is the first choice to replace under liquid pump, traditional self-priming pump and submersible pump. This series of pumps is suitable for conveying clean or containing foam, containing gas, containing light components easy vaporization, containing trace particles (high solid content is not applicable to the working condition), and a variety of corrosive media, widely used in petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, oil refinery, power plant and a variety of water treatment plants.

Compared with the traditional FMZ external mixing self-priming pump, WFB vertical self-priming pump, strong self-priming pump, it has obvious self-priming height advantage or self-priming time advantage, shorten the semi-dry grinding state time of the friction pair inside the pump, and improve the service life.
Pipeline connection scheme:
PLAN32 external flushing or field with low pressure water interface, can directly supplement the liquid consumed by the vacuum wheel, only need to turn on the washing water for two minutes before the boot, turn on the pump after normal, no need to pump; After opening the pump, water vapor mixture is discharged from the exhaust pipe, which needs to be diverted to the pool (tank) or other places, as shown on the left.
For other flushing schemes, such as piping in the figure on the right, the small water storage tank at the front end of the pump needs to be filled with liquid when the pump is started for the first time, and no pump needs to be filled when the pump is started again. In addition, in order to better ensure that the small water storage tank can replenish liquid to the vacuum wheel, the arrangement of the exhaust pipe should be consistent with that of the inlet pipe. When the pump runs normally, it is best to close the cut-off valve of the exhaust pipe. If it is not closed, it can also run, but it will be accompanied by the increase of reflux.
