The FYL type liquid pump is generally used in clean or slightly corrosive, chemically reactive, or containing small amounts of solid particles, and other similar applications. The immersion length of the pump into the container is generally not more than 7 meters, and the flow rate is generally less than 1000m3/h. If the flow rate exceeds this range, the VS1 type should be used instead.

Structural Design Features and Advantages:

One, Structural Features:
1. The FYL type liquid pump adopts an extended bearing housing structure, which has two matched thrust ball bearings and one cylindrical bearing inside the bearing housing, which bear radial and axial loads respectively. The pump has a low speed and a thick pump shaft, which makes the structure stable and has a strong bearing capacity. The sealing form is oil seal structure or oil seal plus magnetic oil seal combination. There are two types of impellers: closed and semi-open. The normal type is the semi-open impeller.
2. The pump is divided into two structural forms in total: The first type of pump is a single pipe and a single shaft configuration, with no support sleeve at the lower part, which is a cantilevered type. It is mainly used for conveying slurries containing solid particles, whose solid content is generally not more than 20%. The wear-resistant materials or corrosion-resistant materials are usually used for the wear-resistant parts. Under special circumstances, the lower part is equipped with a support structure, such as Dalian Hengli Petrochemical, where the working conditions are harsh, and the solid content is as high as 30%. At the same time, an external flush water is used to flush the support position. The semi-open impeller (a few use the full-open impeller). The second type of pump is composed of multiple pipes and multiple shafts, with a support structure at the lower part, which is mainly used for conveying slurries containing a small amount of solid particles or corrosive liquids. The intermediate support positions are all lubricated by external flush or self-flush. When viewed from the driving end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
3. The bearing housing form is divided into two types: The first type is that the entire bearing housing position is located on the upper part of the base plate, and the second type is that half of the bearing housing position is located on the upper part of the base plate and the other half is located on the lower part of the base plate. Under normal circumstances, the first type is used, and if the second type is used, the extension length can be slightly increased, but there is a limit to the liquid level height to prevent liquid from entering the bearing housing
