Structure type and self-priming principle:
SZX type self-priping pump is horizontal, end suction, radial split, cantilever type centrifugal pump, pump structure design in line with API610-11th standard, of which SZX-A class belongs to API610-11th standard OH1, SZX-E class belongs to API610-11th standard OH2; The self-priming impeller (vacuum wheel) is set in the pump, and continuous suction and exhaust are achieved by changing the volume of the pump chamber, so as to achieve the purpose of self-priming. The self-priming pump with this structure has shorter self-priming time, higher self-priming height and higher efficiency than the self-priming pump with water separation through the return hole.

Save installation space:

Diaphragm type strong self-priming pump or self-priming machine self-priming pump:
External diaphragm pump or self-priming machine, complex structure, easy to damage;

Compared with underwater pump and traditional self-priming pump, it has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, stable operation, easy maintenance, etc., and is the first choice to replace underwater pump and submersible pump.
Under liquid pump disadvantages:
1. Strict requirements for plant conditions.
2. The installation plane water row requirements are strict, uneven lead to shaft is not vertical, sliding bearing sleeve and bushing friction, serious ignition explosion. Security risks exist.
3. The maximum operating temperature of sliding bearing is 120ºC.
4. Maintenance is inconvenient.
PLAN32 external flushing or site with low pressure water interface, can directly supplement the liquid consumed by the vacuum wheel, just turn on the flushing water for two minutes before starting, turn on the pump after normal, no need to pump; Since after opening the pump, the water vapor mixture in the exhaust pipe is discharged, it needs to be led to the pool (tank) or other places, as shown on the left.
For other flushing schemes, such as piping in the figure on the right, the small water storage tank at the front end of the pump needs to be filled with liquid when the pump is started for the first time, and the pump does not need to be filled when it is started again. In addition, in order to better ensure that the small water storage tank fills the vacuum wheel with liquid, the arrangement of the exhaust pipe should be consistent with that of the inlet pipe. When the pump is running normally, it is best to close the cut-off valve of the exhaust pipe, and if it is not closed, it can also run, but it will be accompanied by an increase in reflux.
