SAJZM is a new generation of double-shell wear-resistant and energy-saving cantilever centrifugal pump. This series of pumps adopts advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and is designed according to the principle of least loss. The geometry of its flow parts conforms to the flow theory of the medium, which reduces local and along-the-way hydraulic losses such as eddy current and impact, thus reducing the wear of the flow parts, improving the hydraulic efficiency and reducing the operating noise and vibration. The flow parts of this series of pumps
are made of high wear-resistant Ni-Hard materials, which have high wear resistance and impact resistance, thus prolonging the service life.

1. AdoptISO2858 standard pump performance parameters and use CFD software to analyze and optimize the hydraulic model. The hydraulic performance is excellent,the operating efficiency is high, and the flow channel is wide and smooth. Closed orsemi-open impellers can be selected according to the customers working conditions of transporting materials. Excellent cavitation performance;

2. It adopts a double-layershellstructure. The inner pump body, lining plate, and inlet and outlet bushings aremainly used to resist wear and corrosion. The outer pump body and pump cover are mainly used to bear pressure. The inner pump body, lining plate, and inlet and outlet bushings can be quickly replaced.

3. The inner pump body, lining plate and inlet and outlet bushings of this series of pumps are made of high wear-resistant Ni-Hard material. As a wear-resistant pump, if there are internal defects, it will form a fatal weakness, which will soon be worn out in this part, resulting in the reduction of the service life of the whole pump. In view of this situation, our company uses casting simulation software castsoft to simulate, which can predict shrinkage and looseness defects, simulate cooling temperature, etc., and ensure the qualified rate of castings.

4. It adoptsfront and rear door opening and cantileverstructure. Differentfrom the previous bracket- type slurry pump, accessories can be replaced without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipes. Atthe same time, it adopts an extended diaphragm coupling design, which can also be used without moving the motor Lower, the whole rotor component is removed and repaired, which is simple and quick and saves the maintenance cost;

5. In terms of the structure of the bearing housing components: a The bearings of the pump adopt a combination of cylindricalroller bearings and double-row angular contact ball bearings, which can bearits maximum radial and axial loads, while increasing the strength of the main shaft and making it run more smoothly; b The bearing islubricated with thin oil, and both ends of the bearing box are equipped with labyrinth seals and dustproof plates, which can effectively prevent dirt from entering the bearing and ensure the safe operation of the bearing;

6. The sealing form adopts a single-ended out-of-face flushing structure according to the usage requirements. The rear cover of the impeller is equipped with a back blade, which can effectively reduce the pressure of the sealing cavity and prolong the service life of the mechanical seal.
