BMRD(Z) type petrochemical process pump is a horizontal, double-shell, segmented, impeller axially arranged or back-to-back radially split, center-supported, multi-stage centrifugal pump designed in accordance with API 610 standard requirements and BB5 pump model.
The casing of this series of pumps has a radial guide vane structure, a center support structure, and an inlet and outlet arrangement that is above and above. The first and second stages of the impeller are designed using different design concepts. The first stage considers the cavitation performance of the pump, while the second stage considers the efficiency of the pump, making the entire pump have excellent cavitation performance and efficiency.
This series of pumps is designed strictly according to standard specifications in terms of pump support, bearing arrangement, reserved interfaces, cooling and flushing, cavity structure, material configuration, etc.
This series of pumps has excellent hydraulic performance, comprehensive type spectrum, high efficiency and high resistance to cavitation. 1. Cone-shaped shaft extension design: When the shaft diameter is greater than 60mm, the product adopts a cone-shaped shaft extension design, which is conducive to the installation and removal of coupling, bearings, and seals.
2. Standard sealing configuration: The chamber size is designed in accordance with API 682 standard, and various forms of seal flush and cooling schemes can be configured. Alternatively, the configuration can be customized according to the user's requirements.
3. Good cavitation performance: the inlet impeller design ensures excellent cavitation performance.
4. Maintenance and inspection are convenient: The inner core adopts a pull-out structure, allowing for maintenance and inspection of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines.
5. Bearing Assembly: The pump body and impeller are both equipped with sealing rings, and the clearance and hardness difference between them meet the API610 standard, making it convenient to replace spare parts and prolonging the service life.
6. High-temperature design: In normal temperatures, the middle section cover is sealed with an "O-ring," and in high temperatures, it is designed with "metal face vs. metal face."
7. Various bearing selection forms: Depending on the power of the shaft and the speed, self-lubricating or forced lubrication bearing structures can be used.
