SAJZM Wear Resistant Pump SDPump ®

1. Series description
SAJZM is a new generation of double-shell wear-resistant and energy-saving cantilever
centrifugal pump. This series of pumps adopts advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and is designed according to the principle of least loss. The geometry of its flow parts conforms to the flow theory of the medium, which reduces local and along-the-way hydraulic losses such as eddy current and impact, thus reducing the wear of the flow parts, improving the hydraulic efficiency and reducing the operating noise and vibration. The flow parts of this series of pumps are made of high wear-resistant Ni-Hard materials, which have high wear resistance and impact resistance, thus prolonging the service life.
2. Product features
1. AdoptISO2858 standard pump performance parameters and use CFD software to analyze and optimize the hydraulic model. The hydraulic performance is excellent,the operating efficiency is high, and the flow channel is wide and smooth. Closed orsemi-open impellers can be selected according to the customers working conditions of transporting materials. Excellent cavitation performance;
2. It adopts a double-layershellstructure. The inner pump body, lining plate, and inlet and outlet
bushings aremainly used to resist wear and corrosion. The outer pump body and pump cover are mainly used to bear pressure. The inner pump body, lining plate, and inlet and outlet bushings can be quickly replaced.
3. The inner pump body, lining plate and inlet and outlet bushings of this series of pumps are made of high wear-resistant Ni-Hard material. As a wear-resistant pump, if there are internal defects, it will form a fatal weakness, which will soon be worn out in this part, resulting in the reduction of the service life of the whole pump. In view of this situation, our company uses casting simulation software castsoft to simulate, which can predict shrinkage and looseness defects, simulate cooling temperature, etc., and ensure the qualified rate of castings.
4.It adoptsfront and rear door opening and cantileverstructure. Differentfrom the previous bracket- type slurry pump, accessories can be replaced without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipes. Atthe same time, it adopts an extended diaphragm coupling design, which can also be used without moving themotor Below, the entire rotor assembly can be removed for repairs, which is simple and quick, and saves repair costs;
5, in the structure of the bearing housing component: a The pump's bearings use a combination of cylindrical roller bearings and double-row angular contact ball bearings, which can withstand its maximum radial and axial loads while increasing the strength of the main shaft, making it run more smoothly; b The bearings use oil lubrication, and the bearing housing at both ends has a labyrinth seal and an anti-dust cover, which can effectively prevent dirt from entering the bearings and ensure the safe operation of the bearings;

6, the sealing form is selected according to the use requirements, and the back cover of the impeller has a back vane, which can effectively reduce the pressure in the sealing chamber and improve the service life of the mechanical seal.

1.Body cover, impeller are set seal rings in strict accordance with of API610 specified hardness and clearance, to ensure efficiency and stability, improve service life and reduce the replacement of spare parts
2.Center support for a wide range of temperature, 5.0MPa design pressure. Volute structure, double volute structure is adopted when outlet is over 80mm, self-balanced radial force reduces rotor deflection.
3.API682 standard seal chamber size,and different seal forms can be configured according to user requirements.
4.Interfaces of bearing temperature measuring, oil chamber temperature measuring and bearings vibration measurement are reserved for user monitoring.
5.API610 standard bearing configuration.Back-to-back installation of a pair of angular contact ball bearings or a pair of conical roller bearings and a cylindrical roller bearing  bear residual radial force and axial force.
6.Maze dust-proof plate or mechanical oil seal can be selected.It can effectively prevent dust entering the box to cause damage to the bearing, and also prevent leakage of lubricating oil, thus improve bearing life.
7.Auxiliary foot support---also can cancel the support.
8.Oil splashing lubrication makes bearing lubrication more uniform and reliable; cooling fins are arranged outside the box to expand heat radiating area and reduce bearing temperature.
9.The design pressure of pump cover is the same as pump body, and the strength and rigidity of pump cover is strictly calculated. Reserved cooling ( heat preservation) chamber make the pump and seal be applied to a wider field.
10.Excellent hydraulic model makes the pump stable, efficient, and high-anti cavitation. Balanced hole structure balances axial force; chuck structure of impeller nut ensures locking.
